Thanks for considering it! Yes, you can do so after clicking the link add new at the bottom of the page. Please feel free to submit as many new relevant records as you can and wish. Just please keep on mind that we do not automatically accept every submission, and we also reserve the right to modify the record, edit some information, and add or remove some parts. All records are being reviewed personally, and the submitted information is being verified, and completed if necessary. Please understand that this process may take several days, although in typical case I hope to be able to approve the new submission promptly.
On the standard submission form, you are asked to fill in additional information that will help us to categorize the URL or media you are adding. There is also a randomly generated verification code displayed in distorted letter that you have to enter. It helps us to avoid automated submissions by spam bots. If you have enabled cookies, do not use to delete them regularly, and use the same browser, and if we approve your submission, the system will recognize you the next time you submit a new record to our Apnea Media Base, and no more verification will be needed.
Express Drag'n'Drop Submission (MSIE browsers)
If you feel lazy like filling all those details, (although we prefer if you help us with the additional data collection as much as you can), you can use our copyrighted Express Drag'n'Drop Submission: simply open the URL you want to submit in another browser window, catch the media, the URL link, the icon of the URL in browser window, or the icon in the top browser bar (blue by default in Windows), drag it over the window with our ApneaBase.org page and drop it anywhere there. The pre-filled URL submission page will appear and you can simply confirm it, or type in some additional information and submit in the standard way. The URL will be automatically sent to the database for approval and data completion.

Please note that this feature does not work with all browsers. Currently it was positively tested only with MSIE6, but it is likely that other browser brands will add the support for drag and drop functions later too.
Legal note: Our original database and any user submitted modification, additions, or other data will remain our property, and we reserve the right to handle them in the way we consider appropriate. The exceptions are personal data submitted by users for verification purposes - user names, email addresses, and other personally identifying data. These will never be shared with third parties, published, or used for commercial purposes. They serve purely the verification process, and after the verification is completed, they may be removed from the system completely.
